First Offering of Lodge Suites
at Doonbeg Golf Club Sold Out

Doonbeg, County Clare, Ireland - All of the 1 to 4 bedroom suites built to date at Doonbeg Golf Club in County Clare in the west of Ireland, have now been sold. The properties ranged from 426,000 € for a 1 bedroom suite to 1.6 million € for a 4 bedroom suite overlooking the course and the ocean.

A total of 39 million € of luxury property have been sold, most before even the ground had been broken, making Doonbeg one of the most successful development projects in Ireland's history. Members and guests will experience one of the most spectacular golf courses in Ireland, located almost equidistant between Ballybunion and Lahinch.

With a links golf course designed by two-time Open winner Greg Norman, Doonbeg Golf Club, is located on the Atlantic coast of Ireland near Shannon. The critically acclaimed links course was opened to the public in 2002, immediately being named "Best New International Golf Course" by Golf Digest.

When completed, the Doonbeg Lodge complex will contain 56 luxury suite lodges and a new clubhouse, pro shop, health spa, and 80 golf links cottages. 17 links-side cottages will be offered for sale in June 2006.

The current phase of construction includes 47 luxury suites, new clubhouse, pro shop, and spa facilities. The Lodge itself houses the Doonbeg Members' clubhouse and 15 Lodge suites. The clubhouse portion of the Lodge building encompasses changing rooms, restaurants, bars, and spa facilities.

In fact it has been such a success we are looking at the next stage of development to commence in the imminent future well ahead of the planned schedule."
