13. What assurances will Suite owners have as to the quality of Suite workmanship and construction?

First and foremost, the Suite owner is provided with a direct, legal remedy in the form of valuable Collateral Warranties from outstanding building contractors, architects, and engineers in the event of deficiencies or defects arising within a period of 6 years after construction and which are due to any negligent construction or design. Thus, each Purchaser will have all the assurances of quality in workmanship that we have in engaging these professional services.

Second, you will have available a Homebond protection which is a standard form of "insurance" in Ireland. This is typical throughout Ireland and covers, for example, major structural defects for 10 years up to a maximum liability of €38,000.
