5. How can I use the Suite if I place it for rental with the Club?

Every owner may reserve in advance the days or weeks they prefer, and will receive preferred access to their Suite for those weeks unoccupied by rentals.

Every possible effort will be made by General Manager Joe Russell and his staff to accomplish this as Club guests will have no particular Suite to which they are entitled. Thus, owners of a Suite who decide on short notice to come to Doonbeg will be provided their Suite for their personal use absent only the most unusual circumstances.

Club management will determine market rates for Suite rentals based on market conditions.

Club management will be responsible for the cleaning and servicing of an owner's Suite while in residence and cost per day will be billed to the owner's account.
