The Lodge at Doonbeg Golf Club
An inspired team of Irish and American architects and
interior designers have come together to plan a structure
for the ages, the Doonbeg Lodge and Clubhouse. This
collection of buildings, designed to reflect the architecture of Ireland, offer multiple approaches to living beside your Club.
The largest structure - The Lodge - includes 15 Suites. This dramatic building
affords sweeping views of the 1st and 18th holes and the Atlantic Ocean.
Two adjoining buildings, housing the six Garden House Suites and seven Norman Suites,
help enclose a flower-filled courtyard. The Suites in these grand buildings offer vistas of the gardens, some stretching to the Skivileen River.
The Courtyard Suites are spacious "country cottages" near the club featuring small gardens and wonderful vistas of the farm lands nearby.
All Suites have been designed for luxury and utmost convenience. For example, each bedroom
has its own bathroom with large marble slab shower seats, heated towel racks, generous
stone-topped vanities, and elegant English fixtures.
At the end of a day at Doonbeg with family and friends, you'll retire to your sumptuous
Suite, drifting off to the soothing sounds of the Atlantic waves . . . and the promise of
another glorious day in Ireland.
