Information to Enhance Your Experience

Reservations
Advance reservations are recommended to accommodate your choice of treatment and preferred date and time. Our experienced spa therapists are always available to recommend the spa programme that suits your needs.

All treatments are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee a particular therapist at time of booking, but we certainly endeavor to comply with any specific requests. Certain medical conditions may require a doctor's letter prior to treatment. Please advise us of any medical conditions at time of booking.

Spa Hours of Operation
April – October
Monday to Sunday – 8.00 am – 8.00 pm
(the fitness room opens at 8.00 am, Spa appointments begin at 9.00 am)

November – March
Friday & Saturday – 9 am – 8.00 pm (Spa appointments and fitness room)
Sunday to Thursday – 10am – 6pm (Spa appointments and fitness room)

Cancellation Policy
When booking, or if paying by gift voucher, a valid credit or debit card will be required to guarantee your reservation. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the service. Notice of less than 48 hours will incur a 50% charge, and there will be a 100% charge for a no-show, charged to your credit or debit card.

Service Charge
A 12% service charge is included in all the treatment and package prices listed. This is much appreciated and goes directly to our specialists.

Spa Arrival and Etiquette
We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment so we can offer you a refreshment and confirm your requirements. You may also enjoy a therapeutic bath soak, steam, or sauna prior to your treatment. Please note that should you arrive late for your appointment your treatment time may be reduced accordingly. As a courtesy to other guests, the spa is a pager, mobile phone, and alcohol free area.

Children
For their health and safety, children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times in the Spa. Children over the age of 14 years may enjoy use of the wet rooms. Please note that a maximum of two children are allowed in the Spa wet rooms at any one time. Children under the age of 16 may enjoy manicure and pedicure treatments. A Declaration Form must be signed by a parent or guardian prior to treatment.

What We Provide and What to Bring
It is not appropriate to wear jewelry for spa treatments. We advise valuables are not brought to the Spa, however, a locker and key will be provided for your personal belongings. A complimentary robe and slippers will be provided by the Spa. Please bring a swim suit for use in the plunge pools.

Wet Room Use
Members, lodge guests, and guests receiving spa treatments may enjoy complimentary use of our wet rooms. All other guests, €15 charge applies.

Gift Vouchers
